| Katherine (Kay) S. Napier joined Arbonne in August 2009. Kay brings to Arbonne three decades of experience in general management, marketing, international and strategic planning. Kay is a retired Vice President of the Procter & Gamble Company, where she was head of the North American Pharmaceutical division and the Corporate Women’s Health & Vitality platform. During her tenure, her division became the largest company profit contributor for North America. Kay most recently served as the Senior Vice President of McDonald’s, where she spearheaded the launch of the healthy lifestyles initiative and led marketing efforts designed to appeal to women and families in both the U.S. and Europe—an important part of McDonald’s legendary corporate turnaround. Kay believes strongly in the global power of women’s untapped potential and she is dedicated to bringing beauty, health and prosperity to the Arbonne community.

| Rita joined Arbonne in 1987 as an Independent Consultant and within one year reached Regional Vice President. In addition to being the company President, Rita is a successful, nationally-recognized entrepreneur, author and an award-winning speaker, having received the coveted CSP and CPAE awards from the National Speakers Association. Prior to joining Arbonne, she produced and hosted her own award-winning television show "Strategies for Success" for 15 years, was viewed in over 32 million homes, and is now in the Broadcaster's Hall of Fame. A woman who walks her talk, she continues to inspire, motivate and train others to transform their lives with Arbonne.

| Mark Lehman joined Arbonne in 2004 and played a significant role in building the infrastructure necessary to support the company’s growth both domestically and internationally. Mark joined Arbonne with extensive experience working with consumer product companies—with an emphasis in manufacturing and distribution—and a substantial history of working internationally, in Europe and Asia. He has overall responsibility for finance, information technology, human resources, legal and the company’s international operations.

Richard joined Arbonne in 2005 and previously owned a consulting business specializing in retail, operations, warehousing and distribution. Prior to that, Richard was Sr. VP of Warehouse Operations for Office Depot. He established many of the company’s retail markets, along with its nationwide distribution center network, and helped grow it into a $9 billion dollar company. Richard has been instrumental in Arbonne’s expansion operations and distribution upgrades and is responsible for all warehouse and distribution facilities, facilities maintenance departments and Customer Service. |
| Peter Matravers came to the Arbonne family in 2008, taking the role of Vice President, Product Development. Peter, who holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, guides the Product Development and Regulatory teams in creating extraordinary and innovative products. Peter has more than 25 years of skin care and consumer product development experience and has supported the success of several major name brands. His accomplishments include proprietary ingredient development, creative formulations and new methodologies in product performance testing. Peter is also the recipient of over 20 U.S. and international patents in these areas. |
| Lourdes Ahn spent a decade in industries ranging from entertainment and financial services, to manufacturing and video games, after graduating from UC Berkley. She discovered Arbonne in 2005 and created the corporate HR department — organizing, reinforcing and staffing in the midst of tremendous growth and international expansion. One of Lourdes’ priorities is ensuring that Arbonne’s passion, philosophy and vision are embodied in the corporate offices worldwide, just as they are reflected in the Field of Independent Consultants. |
| Bill Baker, Chief Information Officer, joined Arbonne in January 2008 and leads Arbonne’s information technology strategy and operations globally. He is responsible for providing all aspects of the technology infrastructure supporting Arbonne’s internal business operations. One of Bill's key objectives is to enhance, improve and reinforce every aspect of the Consultant online experience, especially ordering and informational access. |
| Greg joined Arbonne in 2007 and is responsible for Arbonne’s Quality, Package Engineering and Process Improvement departments. He brings 20 years of manufacturing, R&D and engineering experience within the personal care and technology industries, both domestic and internationally. Greg’s charter is to ensure that all Arbonne products/packages are manufactured and function to the highest quality standards possible in order to exceed our Consultants’ expectations. |
| Ashley Good provides key in–house counsel at Arbonne and leads the Legal and Compliance departments. She is responsible for all aspects of Arbonne's legal affairs, including company and Arbonne Independent Consultant compliance, and Arbonne’s intellectual property. Ashley was previously a corporate attorney for the prestigious, international law firm of Latham & Watkins, LLP. She earned BA and MA degrees from Stanford University and her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. Ashley is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association and Association of Corporate Counsel. |
