| Rita joined Arbonne in 1987 as an Independent Consultant and within one year reached Regional Vice President. In addition to being the company President, Rita is a successful, nationally-recognized entrepreneur, author and an award-winning speaker, having received the coveted CSP and CPAE awards from the National Speakers Association. Prior to joining Arbonne, she produced and hosted her own award-winning television show "Strategies for Success" for 15 years, was viewed in over 32 million homes, and is now in the Broadcaster's Hall of Fame. A woman who walks her talk, she continues to inspire, motivate and train others to transform their lives with Arbonne.

| Throughout two decades of work in direct selling and network marketing, Jack Crowley focused his efforts on international expansion. Living and working overseas, Jack gained firsthand knowledge of foreign markets and opened businesses in Asia, New Zealand, Europe, Australia, Latin America and South America. Jack brings his expertise, plus an MBA in International Business, to Arbonne’s expansion in strategic markets, worldwide.

| Carol Hukari joined Arbonne’s Executive Team with 15 years of experience in sales and operations, international business and worldwide marketing at some of the top network marketing companies in the industry. She is responsible for the Customer Service side of the business, including VP Support, and focuses on meeting the needs of Arbonne’s growing Consultant base.

| Coming on board as the CFO, Mark Lehman is a seasoned, senior financial executive who holds an MBA from Rutgers University. Mark joins Arbonne with extensive experience working with consumer product companies — with an emphasis in manufacturing and distribution — and a substantial history of working internationally, in Europe and Asia.

| Brad Wayment came to Arbonne with more than 18 years of experience with direct selling companies, and a wealth of knowledge gained from a variety of strategic management positions. Brad brings his insight and experience, along with BA and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University, to marketing the revolutionary Arbonne products and opportunity. In his Sr. VP of Marketing role, Brad oversees the Business Development, Corporate Communications, Creative Services, Events and Marketing areas of the company.

| Sr. VP of Warehousing and Distribution,
Richard joined Arbonne in 2005. Previously, he owned a consulting business specializing in retail, operations, warehousing and distribution. Prior to that, Richard was Sr. VP of Warehouse Operations for Office Depot. He established many of the company’s retail markets, along with its nationwide distribution center network, and helped grow it into a $9 billion company. Richard has been instrumental to the Arbonne expansion operations and distribution upgrades, and is responsible for warehouse and distribution facilities in the U.S., Canada, Australia and the UK. |
| Steve LaHood joins Arbonne's senior management team with a wealth of supply chain knowledge and insight, backed by years of experience in multi-billion dollar enterprises. Steve oversees procurement, product sourcing, inventory management and quality management at the Irvine, California Global office, and his invaluable industry expertise will help build the necessary infrastructure for Arbonne to continue to grow and expand worldwide. |
| Tim Molloy joined Arbonne in 2005 and is responsible for Arbonne’s Corporate Strategy, Product Development, Regulatory and Compliance departments. He works with all areas of the company to define Arbonne’s short– and long–term strategic vision, to ensure that corporate resources are allocated in alignment with the overall company vision. Prior to joining Arbonne, Tim provided strategic, operational and financial consulting services to a wide variety of companies in several diverse industries, including manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors. |
| Lourdes Ahn spent a decade in industries ranging from entertainment and financial services, to manufacturing and video games, after graduating from UC Berkley. She discovered Arbonne in 2005 and created the corporate HR department — organizing, reinforcing and staffing in the midst of tremendous growth and international expansion. One of Lourdes’ priorities is ensuring that Arbonne’s passion, philosophy and vision are embodied in the corporate offices worldwide, just as they are reflected in the Field of Independent Consultants. |
| Bill Baker, Chief Information Officer, joined Arbonne in January 2008 and leads Arbonne’s information technology strategy and operations globally. He is responsible for providing all aspects of the technology infrastructure supporting Arbonne’s internal business operations. One of Bill's key objectives is to enhance, improve and reinforce every aspect of the Consultant online experience, especially ordering and informational access. |
| Greg joined Arbonne in 2007 and is responsible for Arbonne’s Quality, Package Engineering and Process Improvement departments. He brings 20 years of manufacturing, R&D and engineering experience within the personal care and technology industries, both domestic and internationally. Greg’s charter is to ensure that all Arbonne products/packages are manufactured and function to the highest quality standards possible in order to exceed our Consultants’ expectations. |
